BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
LEMON
Potential benefits of Lemons include lower cholesterol, lower inflammation in the body, and increased metabolism and energy.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Banana
1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Apple Juice
1/2 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
