Ingredients
40g Oat Flour
10g Oats

25g Clean Lean Whey Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
30ml Almond Milk
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 handful of Sultanas
Directions
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees and line a baking tray.
Mix together all the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk and coconut oil together. Next pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir well.
Mix in the mincemeat and sultanas.
Spoon mix in palm sized amounts on to baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
