ORANGE JUICE
Orange juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C — one cup contains twice the daily recommended value. Vitamin C supports your immune system and may be effective in fighting against the common cold.

Oranges are rich in nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium which are great for your eyes. So, if you want your vision to be just as good as it is now
CARROT
The fiber in carrots can help keep blood sugar levels under control. And they're loaded with vitamin A and beta-carotene, which there's evidence to suggest can lower your diabetes risk. Carrots have calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health.
NONFAT YOGURT
Yogurts can be high in protein, calcium, vitamins, and live culture, or probiotics, which can enhance the gut microbiota. These can offer protection for bones and teeth and help prevent digestive problems
Ingredients
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup water
1/2 orange (halved)
4 - 5 baby carrots
1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
A few ice cubes
orange flavored sparkling water
Optional
Directions
Place all ingredients, except ice and sparkling water, in the Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure the lid, and blend on HIGH (or Smoothie Setting).
Run about 20 seconds until smooth.
Switch to Variable #1 and process for 10 seconds.
Fill a glass 1/3 full with ice cubes. Pour orange mixture over ice till glass is about 3/4 full.
Add sparkling water and stir.
