ORANGE
Oranges are rich in nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium which are great for your eyes. So, if you want your vision to be just as good as it is now
BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
KALE
Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.

1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Orange, Peeled
1 Banana, Peeled
1 Cup Kale
1 Tbsp Apple Nectar
1/2 Cup Ice

Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth
