ALMOND MILK

STRAWBERRIES
Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control.
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are high in antioxidants, as berries have more antioxidants than any other fruits or vegetables.
RASPBERRIES
Raspberries provide potassium, essential to heart function, and proven to lower blood pressure. The omega-3 fatty acids in raspberries can help prevent stroke and heart disease.
MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.

½ Cup Almond Milk
½ Cup Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries)
2 Scoops Greens + Reds Potent Immune Support
½ Cup Ice
½ Cup Almond Milk
½ Cup Fresh Mango
½ Cup Frozen Mango
½ Cup Ice
Berry Layer (Bottom)
Mango Layer (Top)
Directions
Add ingredients for bottom layer to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
Fill glass halfway.
Rinse Vitamix container.
Add ingredients for top layer to Vitamix container in order listed

Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
Fill the rest of the glass and enjoy!
