COCONUT WATER
Coconut water can be a part of a low calorie or low sugar diet as it is low in calories at 45-60 calories per cup with 11-12g of sugar.
PINEAPPLE
Bromelain, the digestive enzyme in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. This helps when you have an infection, like sinusitis, or an injury, like a sprain or burn.
LIME JUICE
Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants — both of which may offer health benefits. Eating limes or drinking the juice may improve immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors, prevent kidney stones, aid iron absorption, and promote healthy skin
COCONUT OIL
Coconut oil helps bolster your skin's protective barrier layer, trapping moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Water
2 cups Pineapple, chopped
1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil

Directions
Add all ingredients to Vitamix container.
Secure lid.
Blend on High, or Smoothie setting, until smooth.
