PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help improve bone health. It also contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut.
BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
OATMEAL
It helps to slow down the speed at which the carbohydrates in your diet reach your bloodstream, making your blood sugar levels more even during the day. Oatmeal really is a superfood, and one that definitely can be eaten every day!
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries are high in antioxidants, as berries have more antioxidants than any other fruits or vegetables.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Peeled Banana
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Pomegranate seeds
2 Tbsp Apple Nectar
Smoothie
Toppings
Directions
Add Smoothie Ingredients to Vitamix container.
Secure Lid and blend on smoothie setting until smooth.
Pour into bowl and add toppings.
Enjoy!
