APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
PEAR
Pears are rich in essential antioxidants, plant compounds, and dietary fiber. They pack all of these nutrients in a fat free, cholesterol free, 100 calorie package.
APPLE
Eating fiber-rich foods such as Apples helps control symptoms and lessens the effects of acid reflux. An apple's fiber can also help with diarrhea and constipation.
GINGER
People have used ginger in cooking and medicine since ancient times. It is a popular home remedy for nausea, stomach pain, and other health issues.
Ingredients
2 cups apple juice (chilled)
1/2 pear (fresh or canned)
1/2 apple (with peel)
1 dime-sized piece fresh ginger (peeled)
2 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in the blender container in order listed.
Secure the lid.
Blend on HIGH or Smoothie Setting until smooth
Switch to Variable #1 and process for an additional 10 seconds.
