COCONUT WATER
Coconut water is a delicious, electrolyte-filled, natural beverage that may benefit your heart, moderate your blood sugar, help improve kidney health, and keep you refreshed and hydrated after a workout.
PINEAPPLE
Bromelain, the digestive enzyme in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. This helps when you have an infection, like sinusitis, or an injury, like a sprain or burn.
LIME JUICE
Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants — both of which may offer health benefits. Eating limes or drinking the juice may improve immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors, prevent kidney stones, aid iron absorption, and promote healthy skin
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Water
2 cups Pineapple, chopped
1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Apple Juice
2 cups Coconut Ice Cubes
Directions
Freeze about 2 cups coconut water in 1 or 2 ice-cube trays.
Add all ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed
Secure Lid
Blend on High, or Smoothie setting until smooth
