GRAPEFRUIT
Like many citrus fruits, grapefruit is loaded with vitamin C, a nutrient shown to help boost your body's immune system. Grapefruit is also loaded with Vitamin A, another vitamin that has been proven to help immune function.
GINGER
People have used ginger in cooking and medicine since ancient times. It is a popular home remedy for nausea, stomach pain, and other health issues.
Ingredients
1/2 Grapefruit
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 Cup Water

2 Scoops Organic Whole Vegan Protein Smoothie Mix
Directions
Peel the Grapefruit, cut in half and remove seeds as best you can.
Cut roughly 1 tsp of ginger from the root and skin
Add these along with water and Blenditup Protein Powder to your Vitamix Container
Secure Lid
Blend on High, or Smoothie setting, until smooth
