ALMOND MILK
Almond milk is rich in vitamin E, which is an important antioxidant. Vitamin E can help lower your risk of serious health conditions like stroke, heart disease, and even cancer.
BANANAS
Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients.
KALE LEAVES
Kale contains fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron, and a wide range of other nutrients that can help prevent various health problems.
AVOCADO
Avocados are high in fat with 60 per cent of this being monounsaturated fats, which research suggests helps to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure.
APPLE JUICE
Apple juice is completely free of calories and fat and can lower cholesterol. A glass of apple juice is packed with various essential nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin E, vitamin K and folate.
Ingredients
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 banana
1 cup Kale leaves
1/2 avocado

1 scoop Clean Lean Whey Protein Powder
1 tbsp Apple Juice
1 cup Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to container, secure lid, and blend on High (or Smoothie setting) until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with: 1/2 banana, sliced,
1/2 cup raspberries, 1 kiwi, sliced, 1 tsp Chia seeds
