Ingredients
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup all-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons BlenditUp Thai Curry Spice Blend
4 Eggs
1 small Onion, finely chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 400°. Grease jellyroll pan lightly.
In 2-quart sauce pan, heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour, salt and spice.
Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at once until smooth.
Stir in cheese and onion.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto jellyroll pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Serve warm.
