UNSWEETENED ALMOND MILK
Unsweetened almond milk contains up to 80% fewer calories than regular dairy milk. Using it as a replacement for cow's milk could be an effective weight loss strategy.
PINEAPPLE
Bromelain, the digestive enzyme in pineapple, has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. This helps when you have an infection, like sinusitis, or an injury, like a sprain or burn.
MANGO
Mangos are a great source of magnesium and potassium, both of which are connected to lower blood pressure and a regular pulse. Furthermore, mangos are the source of a compound known as mangiferin, which may be able to reduce inflammation of the heart.
Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Milk

2 Scoops Organic Whole Vegan Protein Smoothie Mix
1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
1/2 Cup Ice
Directions
Add ingredients to Vitamix container in order listed.
Secure Lid, Blend on high, or smoothie setting until smooth.
